Notice of Allowance for U.S. patent covering amblyopia treatment

Hermo Pharma has today received a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent & Trademark Office ("USPTO") for its patent application covering the method for treatment of amblyopia. The patent application claims include the discovery that pharmacological modulation of neuronal plasticity combined with rehabilitation methods can be used to restore vision in adults suffering from amblyopia, also known as the "lazy eye".
